Why I do it...

Writing is increasingly a lost form of expression in our society. Whether it’s the recent default to quickly leverage AI for conveying thoughts or information, or the inclination to short-change prose in our electronic and social media driven culture, truly personal expression is becoming a forgotten art. By establishing MaxWrite Communications I am focused on helping individuals and organizations develop thoughtful communication plans and weave compelling narratives to tell their story in a heartfelt and impactful way. 

What I do...

MaxWrite Communications LLC provides communication consulting services to individuals and organizations interested in conveying information that connects with target constituencies. Based on my 35 plus years of professional communications experience, and my diverse background developing strategic communication plans and writing content, I am well equipped to provide communications counsel and direct support across a wide range of disciplines. In doing so, my intent is to help clients develop value-added communications that address their audiences’ needs in an informative and personal manner. The process of designing an effective communication game plan is a collaborative one with the client to ensure that messaging meets defined objectives and resonates with key constituencies.

How I do it...

Over the course of my career, I have been sharpening my writing skills within the field of communications. I have always valued the importance of the written word and its ability to impart emotions and convictions on behalf of the author, in turn raising readers’ awareness and impetus to take action. Written language dates back over 5,000 years and its power to inform and influence is increasingly impactful in a world of infinite messages and meanings. While it sounds cliché, I write from the heart and seek to convey the essence of carefully crafted content through a direct connection with distinct audiences. In doing so, it is imperative to create a strategic communications plan that is both comprehensive and compelling in nature, akin to

putting together a puzzle where each piece nestles just right into the next. This to me is where the true art of writing is brought to life, a tapestry of words that embodies the fabric of our daily

lives.

For whom I do it...

MaxWrite Communications is focused on creating communication plans and messaging to help drive engagement, productivity and advancement. It provides services to:

Corporations and non-profits with defined communication needs, specifically supporting their executives and management personnel who have information to impart to internal and external constituencies. This includes the development and implementation of strategic communication plans that address employee engagement; brand enhancement; event orchestration; speechwriting; intranet enhancement; and leveraging 360-degree feedback to ensure effectiveness.

Students who are seeking to enter the college ranks and need to express themselves effectively through admission essays that capture the essence of who they are and their priorities as they enter higher education. I also provide support for the development of resumes, which require careful preparation in light of increased use of AI-generated screening technology. 

Individuals who want to share their personal and family legacies with future generations. This entails researching their histories through personal interviews and archive retrieval, drafting content and client review, and creation of publications/videos for sharing with others.
